James & Melissa Bell
James and Melissa Bell, owners of Diamond Design, are from Covington, LA.  As of 2006, Diamond Design has been in business for 5 years.  Previously James worked with a local architect until he decided to start Diamond Design.  His schooling included Delgado Community College and Louisiana State University.
